K this is so funny. Cause we totally owned this video when I was little. My mom's friends daughter did it and lost a ton of weight.. so they let us barrow it.. watched it one time and laughed our heads off. She kills me! I love her outfit! Sexy legs!
Oh my gosh... I have seen this before and it is hilarious! I can't believe this lady makes exercise tapes- she is ridiculous!
Oh my gosh Madi!!!! I have to tell you that I actually learned this on my mission. I never did it, but one of the members, or investigators over in one of the areas insisted that the sisters there do it. She swore by it. She was way into working out and stuff like that. Anyway, they came and showed us one time before transfers, and I never thought it came from an american!!! Oh my days, I have been laughing so hard cause it reminded me of those sisters, and that they actually tried to do it! HAHAHAHA! Oh man, thanks for the laugh. I am going to steal this! :)

OMGosh. What a spaz! Her name for the method the "Lion" is totally appropriate with that hair. And i'm so sure she need a leotard to do this exercise.
HAHAHAHA! I am still laughing!!!Oh man that is great! I particularly like how she takes deep breathes and then does that weird thing after...pretty sure she is insane!
Ok I totally peed a little! I should try that breathing at the gym I think it totally would help me lose some extra pounds because I would laugh so hard.
